The Temporary Division currently has a pool of approximately 200 caregivers.  These Caregivers are carefully screened and interviewed before being qualified to work with our agency. We have successfully completed thousands of assignments and are able to provide prospective clients the comfort of our knowledge and our familiarity with the Caregivers. Most Caregivers drive and have excellent driving records. They are required to attend an initial orientation and be CPR and First Aid certified within 90 days of qualification.

The Caregivers work independently of our agency and are employed and paid directly by you at time of service.  Caregivers set their own hourly or daily rate of pay.  Pay rates are based on a Caregiver's training and experience and the requirements of the particular engagement ($15-$20/ hour on average). You will always be able to decide whether or not to hire the Caregiver referred to you by the agency. There is a 4 hour minimum for most services provided by our Caregivers.
