WHN White House Nannies
" I have so much to thank you for-the obvious things like a job whenever I need one but more significantly the chance to spend time with amazing kids and wonderful families. For me, being a nanny is not really about the job or the money - it’s about spending time with the kids. They all bring so much joy into my life and I’ve never really thanked you for that. I think what you guys do is so great and important. Thank you! " - Petra

Agency Structure

Our agency is divided into two divisions: Permanent and Temporary.

The Permanent Division works with Caregivers who chose childcare as a long-term or career option.   It requires a commitment to one family for a minimum of one year.  Permanent placements can be live-in or live-out, full or part time, but are usually DAYTIME positions. Permanent placements include Nanny, Household and Estate Manager positions.

Our backup/emergency service is referred to as the Temporary Division. Working with the Temporary Division allows Caregivers to work on a daily basis without committing to one family for an entire year.  However, Caregivers must be able to work with our agency for at least 6 months from the date of qualification.  Temporary placements are jobs that last from one day to several months, may be part-time or full-time, and last 4 to 24 hours during any given day. Caregivers can work flexible schedules. These are great jobs for students, teachers, homemakers, retirees, and individuals who are between jobs.  There is also constant demand for qualified newborn specialists.
