White House Nannies provides travelers visiting the Washington, DC area the comfort of experienced, skilled and fully screened nannies to meet their particular childcare needs. Nannies referred to hotel clients are the same nannies regularly assigned to engagements with our registered and corporate clients.

For the convenience of hotel clients, White House Nannies accepts major credit cards for the payment of the agency referral fees.  Nannies are paid directly at the time of service by cash or check.

No Registration Fee is required of hotel guests utilizing our referral services. In addition to the hourly rate paid directly to the nanny, WHN charges daily referral fees for our childcare services as listed below.

Hotel Child Care booked in advance	$65.00 per day per Caregiver
Hotel Child Care booked within 48hrs of need	$75.00 per day per Caregiver
Newborn* Hotel Child Care booked in advance	$65.00 per day per Caregiver
Newborn* Hotel Child Care within 48hrs of need	$85.00 per day per Caregiver
Holiday Hotel Child Care booked in advance	$75.00 per day per Caregiver

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order has been placed and a nanny referred and accepted by the guest or the hotel, the agency referral fee is due and payable.  If the order is subsequently cancelled, the referral fee remains due, but, time permitting, the nanny will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled with insufficient time to cancel the nanny, the hotel or guest ordering the service is expected to pay the nanny a minimum two (2) hour fee.
