Hotel Services Fee Information

White House Nannies currently charges daily referral fees for our hotel childcare services. Those charges are as follows:

Hotel Child Care, booked in advance	$65.00 per day per Caregiver
Hotel Child Care, booked within 48hrs of need	$75.00 per day per Caregiver
Newborn* Hotel Child Care, booked in advance	$75.00 per day per Caregiver
Newborn* Hotel Child Care within 48hrs of need	$85.00 per day per Caregiver
Holiday Hotel Child Care booked in advance	$75.00 per day per Caregiver

Fees are subject to change without notice

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order has been placed and a Caregiver referred and accepted by the guest or the hotel, the agency referral fee is due and payable. If the order is subsequently cancelled, the referral fee remains due, but, time permitting, the Caregiver will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled with insufficient time to cancel the Caregiver, the hotel or guest ordering the service is expected to pay the Caregiver a minimum two (2) hour fee.
