Our office is staffed Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm with experienced, qualified personnel. Additionally, there is a member of our staff on call whenever the office is closed to assist with your unexpected or EMERGENCY needs. Payments for referral fees are made to White House Nannies, Inc. by credit card. The fees are set according to the type and duration of the service you desire.

Cancellation Policy:  Once an order has been placed and a Caregiver referred and accepted by the client, the agency referral fee is due and payable. If the order is subsequently cancelled, the referral fee remains due. If the order is cancelled with insufficient time to cancel the Caregiver, the client ordering the service is expected to pay the Caregiver a minimum two hour fee.
