Thank you for your interest in White in White House Nannies, Inc.   We understand that the hiring of an individual to care for your child(ren) is the most important hire you will make for your family.   Upon receipt of your completed Client application WHN reviews your family needs and begins the matching process with the applications of Caregiver candidates.  WHN forwards to you the full applications of only those candidates who best match your particular needs. 

If you decide to hire a candidate furnished by our agency, WHN orders a criminal, driving and credit background investigation from a professional investigation company.  Any offer of employment should be conditioned on receipt of a satisfactory report.  A copy of this report is furnished to your when completed.  The decision to hire any nanny manager candidate is made by you the Client.
