Nanny Manager Services-Fee Structure
White House Nannies, Inc. requires that a $275.00 non-refundable application fee accompany your completed Client application. That fee initiates the search for a Nanny Manager and enrolls you in WHN’s Temporary & Emergency Service for one (1) year. When you select and hire a Nanny Manager candidate to fill your position, you negotiate the salary directly with the candidate. Based on the negotiated salary, a non-refundable placement fee of 20% of the Nanny Manager’s first year annual salary is due on the date the Caregiver starts to work for the Client. There is a minimum placement fee of $2,500.       |
