The majority of the day will focus on the twins, while the 3 1/2-year-old attends either a full-day or half-day school program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, engaging little ones in meaningful play, and maintaining a calm, structured environment. The family follows a Montessori-inspired approach and values organization, independence, and thoughtful routines. During the twins’ 2–3 hour nap, assistance with children’s laundry and organizing would be greatly appreciated. The family is looking for someone interactive, proactive, and confident managing multiple young children. Comfort around dogs is important as they have a family dog.
