What You’ll Do
• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for newborns.
• Support parents with feeding (breastfeeding, pumping, formula).
• Help establish healthy sleep and feeding routines
• Offer postpartum support to families, including education and recovery guidance.
• Assist with light nursery organization and baby laundry.
• Provide reassurance and professional guidance during the early weeks at home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated professional newborn care experience
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Excellent communication skills
• Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP and flu required COVID recommended).
• Strong, verifiable newborn care references.
• Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
