Most of the day will be spent with the 2-year-old, with the 7-year-old arriving home from school at 3:50 PM. The ideal candidate has a background in Early Childhood Education and experience working with children on the autism spectrum, with a genuine passion for supporting developmental growth and building a close, meaningful bond with both boys. Responsibilities include engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities, handling both boys’ laundry, keeping their bedrooms neat and organized, and washing any dishes or food items they use. The children follow a gluten- and dairy-free diet, so comfort with dietary awareness is important. There is a senior toy poodle in the home, but pet care is not required.
