Are you looking to start with a new family and an adorable baby? These first-time-parents in Potomac, MD are looking to hire the first nanny for their 4-month-old. Their ideal candidate is a happy and positive person who is looking to make a long-term commitment to a family.

This family has been thoughtful about their expectations and vision for the role. They have a clear sense of boundaries in the home to enable the nanny to do their job while also fostering an environment that is warm, welcoming, and designed to support clear communication.

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
-Licensed driver with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with developmental milestones
