Description

A dual-career family in Georgetown is seeking a dependable, engaging, and proactive Hybrid Nanny and Family Assistant to support their two girls, ages 7 and 1. The majority of the day will be spent caring for the 1-year-old, with both children home in the afternoons from 3:45–5:30, along with occasional after-school activities such as swimming for the older child. This role includes both childcare and light household support, such as tidying children’s spaces, assisting with organization, and keeping the home running smoothly for the family. One parent has a very severe tree nut allergy, so the family is looking for someone who is extremely cautious, understands the seriousness of food allergies, and will not bring any outside food into the home; experience working in a nut-free environment is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is loving, trustworthy, reliable, professional and excited to build a long-term partnership with the family. The 7-year-old attends a French school, so a nanny who can speak French is a bonus. The family lives in a secure, gated community with access to playgrounds, tennis courts and easy parking for the nanny.

Qualifications

⭐️ At least 10 years of recent professional nannying experience⁣
⭐️ Must be legal to work in the US
⭐️ College degree is preferred
⭐️ Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
⭐️ Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣
